Many times a person's intelligence is judged (whether fairly or not) by the quality of their writing. Writing well is a valuable skill to have. If you read a lot (books, short stories, etc. - many are available for free online, or you can go to the library), it can help reinforce this in your head more easily than trying to just remember grammar rules.

I had one Icelandic Chick hatch last evening, with 5 pips to go. This morning all 6 were out!





Moose keeps a good eye on the incubator and chicks.

I'll get better pictures, when they all dry out.

Lots to do before next round of wind and rain comes in. This strorm packed a punch so I'm sure it will make its way east. Snowed over Donner Pass of course family was trying to go over it last night. Ended up spending the night with us.
