Yep! I did let them sit for 24ish hours before setting.

Yep, I just wanna know if I can juggle times and if there can be a fairly large gap some days without trouble, or times between turning need to be equal..... Probably not too important? :idunno

Well (remembering I've only done this a couple times), I hand turned my shipped eggs three times a day, and since I work during the day, I turned before work (around 7-8 am), right after work (around 5 or 6pm) and then right before bed (around 10 or 11, or later if I was up). It seemed to go ok, close enough to being 8 hour intervals. (And I had no other choice - like you, wasn't there midday.)
