Nice setup.

How many are you planning on keeping?

Is it that obvious?

I find plans never quite go that way so I figure of what hatches specific pullet chicks... Like I don't need 25 olive egger chicks but I will want a couple and so on just depends on what hatches and who catches our favor. There are people who want them and I just grow everything out and it's either a keeper or not. Only the pullets really get counted in there sadly so anything I didn't call dibs on can be free ranged or something... It's all chicken logic because I totally would keep them all but I just can't through the winter... Too cold here. But the tall brooder can house about a dozen chicks till they can go out and the others can hold 3 dozen combined that duration I guess but that's... A lot... Broken up clearly I only have six in the one there... They just like the space and i can close it off if it's too drafty and... I feel like I should check the hatcher... Err

Sounds completely normal to me. My plans usually don't end up as originally planned either.
