It's not a good idea to have too many cockerels in a flock.. A lot of people will cull them for meat or to keep the hens healthy. There are lots of ways to tell if you have a cockerel depending on breed.

Plus there are a lot of places that don't allow Roos....

No it was good. Ugh. I had no clue we may have to kill some. Ugh. My kids. But my son wants to do it as a business. So I'll tell him tomorrow. It's a high possibility. Sigh.

Sell the questionable ones young so you don't have to cull them. They don't get manly until about six months old.
