who needed processed? I never read back yet

NATHAN!!  good morning!

PETER!!! yumsssss yes please!!! I love APie!!

Morning Sally. Your goats are precious. Hope you enjoy them. I plan to add some more eventually but farm life has to slow down a bit for now.

The ones we were looking at were about 40lbs on the hoof.

Morning Pen.

40 on hoof aint bad. 50-60 range use to be my limit to make it worth the effort but if I were in the market I would go for a 40 pounder. Passed on some 30 lbs back a month or so ago. More the wifes decision than mine really but I will take credit for it lol.

Shalom to you all
As the fly season begins here a simple tip that will help you to ease the infestations
Hang in the area some transparent plastic bag full with water that have inside 2or 3 coin that will reduce dramatically the numbers of flays.
If you want the scientific explanation I can write it, yes there is one!

I would like to know the reason it works. Can you ID this fly? I think it bites. I live in California. I have looked on google but can't find anything.

Just let me know. You've got my number.
We didn't get a piggy because they were selling for the higher end of market value for the little squealers and we wanted to pay the lower end of it.

A hen that has been picked on for the past two months or so. She has been sleeping in the rafters for about two weeks, and I think that's how she broke her leg. The others were picking on her two days ago, and along with deep pecks, her comb was torn.

With or without vanilla ice cream.

I like it warm with ice cream!

And you've arrived at this conclusion how?

I have to agree with whites. How did you come to this conclusion? Funny story, I first got semi active on this site somewhere around the 5th annual Easter HAL. Fell off for a couple of years and then came back around the front of this year. For whatever reason yours and I want to say someone that had something to do with ronot were the only names I could remember. Oh and there was a ozex guy somewhere between CA and the Philippines. Guess what I'm getting at is when I first got the idea of going for this chicken lifestyle there are a few names that stick out as being motivation, encouragement, and help. Your name is at the top of the list. So Thank You. :hugs

Hi everyone. I had posted a couple of days ago about my weights not being on track. Its now the night of day 16 and my eggs are rocking. I have no idea the breed. Three are pink, one green and three brown. I turned off the turner but they are still on the egg turner. Should I take them off and prepare for an early lockdown? Im worried about the aircells still. Temp is holding at 99.5 and humidity is in the 30s. There is zero water in the bator and has been like that for 4 days now.

It is indeed a good song.

Take the chicken, go back, get the fox, take the chicken across again, get the grain, take it across, and then get the chicken.
