Did you put some ice on it? Is it hot and swollen?

I used ice. It is only slightly swollen.

He would say something more natural for pain management over motrin

I was thinking he would ask about the Epson salt.

You have sone broose ther, wash it with soap and if you have some antiseptic one, its better, rub there some Iodine or some other antiseptic liquid. About the swollen if you can move you knee, it will pass in ssveral days.
