I haven't kept meticulous notes in about a year.

In that way they will keep you more balanced!

LOL. It is where I write stuff down I need to remember, as I can no longer find anything in the notes when I need it! When I don't need it, I find it, but when I need it I have scrolled through as much as eight times without finding it. So I write it down. It also helps me figure out past problems and how to fix them.

I have, however, done away with the hour-by-hour flow chart.

Countdown free is much easier!
