Good afternoon!! Cooking anything good? Oh Benny was wondering about rhubarb with meat, I said possibly with duck, what's your thought on it?

morning, funny, ducks on the menu tonight. Rhubarb is good with lots of meat, beef loin or pork loin. Could probably put together some nice sauce with rhubarb, something sweet and tart maybe.
