motivation and time are the hardest things lol

scary lol, even more people here would hate me

i cant run, i get out of breath going up the stairs LOL
no seriously i do, and i am NOT fat at all
i am afraid if i actually do something ill start gaining muscle
i am thinking a 2-3 day cleanse before the last weigh in

Slow and steady. Barring any medical issues I am confident anyone is capable of completing a marathon(with proper training)
It takes a lot of time, typical marathon build is 4 months and no telling how many hours I put into it.
Muscle is always a possibility, I usually add 5-10 lbs throughtout the mileage build up.
Cleanses are a popular route to go and have multiple benefits.

So you just not in shape! Start mooving!

i agree completely! but after 9 hours at a desk doing nothing all day long
i dont really have time unfortunately
life gets in my way

i used to be very in shape

Dont give me, and yourself this excuse!
It is a matter of prioritise! Get up an ouer early,go to sleep an ouer late, take 1-3 10 minutes brake at works.

My daughter is an only child (9 years old) and has been begging me for years to adopt a baby!  Two of my cousins and one of my best friend's had babies in the last 2 months, and we have been getting lots of baby snuggles in, making me seriously consider adopting!

We considered adoption as well before we had our first 2. Had some complications initially and after several appointments and reaching the recommendations we were not comfortable with we were told that it would not be possible for us to have children. About a year later we were pregnant and 14 months later we had our 2nd. They are 8 and 9 now. Always wanted more but had decided it wasn't going to happen and were happy with the four of us. Now we have 2 more on the way. In our opinion goes to prove that while doctors are smart there not ultimately the ones in charge.

I really just need to burn up calories, and put less into me
i know my issues and what to do, its just doing them that is my problem right now
if i start being more active and losing weight, i will have to adjust dosages of medications and could have very bad reactions

I spend at least that much time, 7 days per week, sitting in front of this contraption, and I'm in great shape. Round is a shape
It is a shape!! I highly used shape
