Malpositioned chick zipping towards fat end of egg. It's been about 17 hours since I first noticed it's pip. No chirping.. what should I do?

how long has it been zipping, zipping should only take 60-90 minutes

It just started zipping about 20 mins ago and stopped. That's when I noticed it going up instead of over to the side. This is my first hatch though and maybe I'm overreacting... :/

Ok ib going to let it be for a few more hours then check back. My other hatch 8 out of 9 chicks hatched and everything went so smoothly. These were due the next day and nothing. We are on day 22 now with only 2 pips and only 4 eggs. This batch just went wrong somewhere...
