Well, BYC just started acting whacky for me - no quotes, no emoticons, no tags, lots of lagging. But -

@Ur-ur-ur-urrr, thank you - and thanks to anyone else who wished me happy birthday!!!! It was a pretty mellow one. I think it's LocalYokel's birthday today as well - Happy birthday, Loco!!!!

(Nice coop, Joey!!!! Can you come build mine next?! )

- Ant Farm

(OK, I give up - I'm out of here for the night if BYC isn't going to play nice.)

BYC was weird earlier today for me, too. The ads made it slow, I guess.

So sorry, I forgot! Happy Birthday!

And to LocalYokel, too!

Happy Birthdays!

WHOA ref takes one in the chin(boxing) incredible sorry yall are missing this nbc feather fans.. Holy smokes.
I don't do motors. They destroy the tranquility.

CC you work/worked at KC? I have 17 yrs in at LEP and on an Apprenticeship. I know what you mean on the long walk bit. Thankfully I haven't had to park in the foreign lot.

LEP?
I worked at the KC ford plant - on the geriatric side. The truck side was new, the Escape side was all antique machinery. Many of the robots had over 1 million hours on them. That's not an exaggeration. They are built for less than half of that service time.
I spent most of my time in St. L. but worked at KC 3 times. The first two times was for robot programming and the last time when I needed a ford I was an automation engineer so could park in the salaried lot and was steps from the door.

Lima Engine Plant
Did you ever see giant piston elevators at KC? My Dad still has his prototype in his barn. Oh I know how the machinery goes, order it for one thing then crank it up to run like mad and keep it going no matter what.
