I got from them on the right it is the all classes gifit. It is a glass sign with the "10 Benny's principsl" they collected 10 humorous sentence that I have told them in class.
And in the left it is a personal gift from 3 of them that wanted to be more personal.

I'm good, how about you? I'm new to this site. Had 4 laying hens, one died , one turned brooder, so I got some fertilized eggs for her. Now one of the others has gone broody on my so I took two of the first ones eggs along with a fake egg for her to sit on. Now I have one lonely chicken. Should I get her a friend?

She is lonely? you free range? you get a new friend you need to quarantine it anyways so It will do no good and by then the others will be finished and raising chicks.
My guess is she will do just fine, give her stuff to do, hang a cabbage in the run and some chicken stuff to do. you have a dust bathing area?

My chicks that hatched past weekend are 8 days old now and they are so sweet and friendly. I am attributing this to the fact that there are only 2 of them so they get held all the time. Guess that's one positive to a poor hatch.

Hi dax!!! see the pics? welsummer Olive egg layers, and OE cuckoo marans, legbar, I think there are 10 or so serama out already, and two sapphires, they are in molt so eggs were slim to zip
now I am overrun again, but I got rid of over half the flock in less than a month. Time to move on to bigger better things

well if these are hatching its day 20 so 26-28 days they should hatch now if I dont forget to lock them down we are ok!!! there only three one I think is dead, forth.... I dont have other eggs set besides the ducks after this, oh and the broody brahma shoud be hatching brahma about now!!!
