Occasionally I will add a small amount of beef to my ground venison to add a little fat content to it but usually its just straight venison.

Yea the palmated racks are really cool looking.

Does just all venison hold together good for deer burgers?

Zoom in on "macroscopic lesions", I think that would also explain why sometimes we see excess mucus.

Do you have a kitchen or postal scale? If so, weigh them today, then weigh them at the same time tomorrow. If they are fine they will have gained weight.

I'm doing good. My chickens are struggling through all this heat lately. Thinking about putting some fans out for them.

It doesn't fall apart to badly. My wife actually prefers just straight venison with no mixers. Since she does the cooking she gets what she wants

I have the turbo fans running already. Hot here too especially for this altitude.  I am ready for fall already. LOL

Me too. But I'm looking for winter lol. Our fall here isn't cold enough for this fat man lol.

The way I figure it is if I want to eat without cooking it myself then she better get what she wants so I don't starve.
