You would not have heard of them. They are very close to me. They are nice to have around when you have a little one. I used to bring my nephew there when he was having a bad day.

Homemade Electrolytes Recipe

1 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Stir until the sugar and salt to dissolve and the mixture is combined.
Is this better than Sav-a chic? I always just used Sav-a-chic, but I'm curious ....
