Good morning!!! So a chick hatched some time between 4 & 7:30 this am. Sooo tiny-It's a serama. Chirping like crazy but having a hard time walking or standing-ended up on her back once! How long do I leave her in the bator? she looks like she's drying off nicely-eyes open-and loud! I am working on a brooder box for her now,. Don't want to move her too soon but dont want to leave her in too long etiher. what is the best way? Thanks!!!

They can survive in the bator for up to 2 days. Don't forget to put marbles or something similar in your waterer so the chicks can't drown.

Does anyone know how positions are established on the list? I can't be the only one that notices that our names are always in a certain spot (give or take) on the list. It is almost alphabetical, but not totally.

It ia alfabetical with a priority to numbers, if you have a number befor your name you will bw first.

My two are in the brooder. #1 is the black can see a bit of gunk on its butt area still. 2 is splash. Both have had electrolytes. Still no pips seen or peeps heard. Day 21.
