Me too. I have a knife sharpener and somewhere I have a sharpening stone. What is best?

So what sharpening steel do you use?

I currently use what's called a butchers steel.

When I worked in the restaurant business we always used this sharpener. I will be buying one of them before hunting season this year.

Both products will help a sharp knife keep a sharp edge. I wouldn't use either of them though to sharpen a dull knife.

Good morning all.

I use the sharpener that I got for my pen making tools and a steel.

Dax I'd move the chicks and eggs today as Abi mentioned. First chick to jump can't get back and drives the hen nuts.

Chaos I think I'd take devil weed over foxtail any day. Of course I have to any way as I have both.
