Morning Whites

This rock formation is inside the coop. Any snake would have to get past 30 hens and one rooster to get there. It gets far too hot there for a hen to roost. Hens will lay real far back unless the area is backed up with hens as it usually is. I haven't been out to feed yet but I'm quite certain she's still there.

Yes I'm Irish. I also can't hear the rattle of the snake so I'm depending on sight. Not deaf just can't hear that sound along with others.

:D

Like I was telling Mike, the heat has slowed progress considerably, but I'm able to do some in the house.

Looks better from a distance. Didn't come out perfectly square...tough w/o help, but I can live with it. It's out 1 1/4" in 16'

I think mine was that far out as well. Working on your own definitely a disadvantage. I don't know about you but I think they are making things heavier these days as well. Went to move the gravel for the wife last night filled up the wheel barrow as I would have a few years back and I couldn't even lift the dang thing. Yep tipped it over and started again. Many trips later I'm close to being done.

I won't buy a single-wheelbarrow anymore; I've lost too many loads of firewood halfway to the house. Bad enough that I can't buy one with a metal tub anymore; busted the bottom out of the last one I bought the 1st time I used it :barnie

Dual wheel wheel barrow is next for me. Plastic one has been working so far. But I agree if they are going to give us plastic the dang thing should work at least past the first time. I'll have to watch at Home Depot and see if there are metal ones.

Hoping to get some Dark Cornish Roosters butchered today. They won't weigh much as they are still smaller than my birds of the same age but they are getting too far out of control. Dread the catching of them as its a dust bowl in there. Mask will be on.

Have fun! :p

I have both. Metal and a plastic piece of crap. It has its uses though. I filled it with water when I had saplings.
