I think I'm good to work on butchering. Joint effort on making cookies but that's all I've heard and they are in the oven. So breakfast and out to work

Bank unfortunately, it has a little stream that runs in and out so just trying to make more of a pond less of a puddle

there is a fire pond across the street from us that feeds the stream so it rarely dries upWe used to have a little water flow from property next door. But they built a road and diverted it. We'll see how that goes when we really get rain again. Water has a way of recouping what was lost. Funny people.
lol not fast enoughYep. Just got told to hang the decorative bird houses.![]()

https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatchingHello, I have been on here on and off to ask qustions from the most knowledgeable people when it comes to hatching eggs. (Sorry for bad grammar I don't feel like commas and periods and fighting auto correct lol) I have a call duck egg in the incubator right now and it it's parents are show quality meaning they have small beaks. The most exsperinsed hatchet of this quality of calls recently moved to the other side of the country and another I know is successful due to his ability to assist in hatching but I want to be very careful as this duckling would mean a lot if it hatched. I will assist if nessary but I wan to avoid it and in this very long and irrelevant story the qustion is are ducks the same on chickens (other than dates) when It comes down to assisted hatching? And can someone post a thread about assisting in a hatch?
