i'm no good for answering butI have a question about duck eggs. My experience with chickens has been they internally pip, then externally pip, make that pip hole larger, then zip. I've noticed on two of my pipped duck eggs, it seems like they are in the process of enlarging the pip hole, but they are just creating several new holes not enlarging the first. Is that anything I should be concerned about? The chicks always make the same hole larger so not sure what's up with these two. Here's a picture of one of the eggs. There's a third hole I couldn't get it in the picture.
