Atleast I got to look out my window and watch the Lightning! I have 18 Naked Neck eggs from a breeder in my area, 7 isabel leghorn eggs from @cjwaldon and 2 barnyard mixes from my flock.

They are great for that. For those that are dumb enough to be trapped in one. As I said, I've caught dozens in them but I know just as many wise ones got away.

Yeah, well. The only time that's happened so far I stayed back about 50-60', laid on the ground for a steady rest, and caught it in the head. It still stunk, but didn't spray.

I'm going on 20 and it's getting easier. Put er right on the stripe on the head and it works pretty well. Some stink some don't. I'm probably 15 feet away. Once I didn't know there was one in the trap and I walked right by it.

Bil has had 18 in town his dog has been hit so many times he's lost count. Once before they could catch him he made it into the house and upstairs on their bed.

So here's my soap box. People that leave their pets food out at night please don't your pet isn't the only one eating it.

Ok now you have my attention. How's the size of the NN. I got some from the feed store here. I'm sure they are not as good as yours will be coming from a breeder.

We had a lightning storm a few years back that I can only describe as other worldly. It was amazing. We don't get them very often but this one was something.

Oh they turn their heads. Slowly but surely. Really have to be careful and not hit the wire on the trap. I think I got it once

The show myth busters had an episode where they had to make a skunk spray. The trapper brought one in and at first the guys were all standing back afraid of getting sprayed. Eventually they were right on the cage and the silly thing still didn't spray. Brought another skunk in and several dogs to no avail.
