They are great for that. For those that are dumb enough to be trapped in one. As I said, I've caught dozens in them but I know just as many wise ones got away.

Atleast I got to look out my window and watch the Lightning! I have 18 Naked Neck eggs from a breeder in my area, 7 isabel leghorn eggs from @cjwaldon and 2 barnyard mixes from my flock.
If I'm ever unfortunate enough to get another skunk, and it obliging enough to turn its head just right, I'll have to try that...not so sure about 15', though![]()
