It's all stayed south and east of me, personally. Yesterday was soaking wet and we had a 6 pm curfew but today there's not even standing water in the yard. It's dire for folks in the Baton Rouge area this time. At least one member in the LA thread checked in that they evacuated but had to leave their flock. We had family friends in BR that had to evacuate by boat even though they've never had water close to their house in 25 years.

I haven't heard from CH, which is concerning because he is in a bad place. I wish we had had the foresight to open up the camp as a shelter. We could've helped house several families and pets.

That's funny. Your rain has been streaming this way and luckily we're on the northwest edge of it too. I only got about a half inch or so today but 60 miles south, they've had 4 inches.
