Just heard a line on TV that I wish I'd heard yesterday when we were all talking about over-protecting rug rats:
God made dirt, and dirt don't hurt
In that logic
God made HIV and it certainly will kill you!
Not me, it won't!

That coop has something funny going on.in just learned this. This will be the 4th bird to get sick. 3 others have died. I am stumped as what is going on with them.
No poo, either. Only 1 coop affected.
Sounds like the coop needs to be disinfected.

I am not sure which, I don't want to go to her place risking bringing it home. She said her hen stands, falls over then one leg goes to the side.
Thank you Kathy, I will pass this on to her.

I didn't mean YOU you, but you as a general individual.
Nah, I only made Sargent individual
Not sure of the details, just going off of what one of the lieutenants said many years ago. Was also told that another officer accidentally shot himself in the butt (or was it the foot?). That stunt earned him the nickname "Gunshot Bob".Quote:Only way that can be done is if the shells are too small for the gun to begin with-Kathy

That sort of leg problem could be Marek's, but it's not common to have so many drop dead from Marek's so close together. Still possible, just not that common. Other diseases and/or vitamin deficiencies could also cause it.
