4 down, 5 to go, & no, it isn't. Early morning for a couple hours and about the same before dark. I have a work light, but no hungry bats.

Well we've been in the low 90's here which is very nice. For August going into September.

The bats are funny they come and go. Then just before they leave for the winter the come to the barn in mass. Every year I worry they won't come back and even though their numbers are lower they are still here. I think that mouth fungus got to them a little.

I've built a cage beside the main cage separated just by chicken wire. Leave them in that for a couple weeks then turn them loose. Sometimes I just put them in. There a very large granite rock in the main coop that the new ones get on. When I feed I make sure some goes to them.
