LOL!! It's a badge you get when you help with projects, like judging contests, etc. You can become one by PMing sumi and asking.

Generally it has to do with helping moderators/ BYC with things. Sally and I have helped Happy Chooks with the Easter Hatch A Long the last 4 years, starting threads, running contests, helping with judging contest those types of things.

Yes, you are reffering to drawing conclusions from the experience! I refer to the MEMMORY of problems, normaly when it realy resolved you usually push it out of the system.
