this question is the all spectrum of midlife men behavior! This quastion aren't been considered when you hav a mortgage on you head or a baby that have hear infection or just started growing teath!

What about a male that never raised children, never had a mortgage, and already had a motorcycle? Can they hit the crisis later in life?

You know, because you're always quoting this movie and putting this stuff up, I had to get it and watch it lol

  Watch it with your kids. Don't let them make the same mistake.

They are IN it already they just don't know it! They just passed from childhood mode to crisis mode without the real life in between.
There is no foundenental purpose for this kind of living. Life isn't riding a bike and drink alcohol! At least according to my values.

I view it as basic immaturity/irresponsible , and perhaps "fear" of growing older, they have to show that they are still "cool/popularr", so they buy the toys and act in a manner that attracts younger people, preferably of the opposite sex, to them, making them feel/behave younger than they are.
