bon anniversaire is the same as joyeux anniversaire in this context. Bon by itself however means "good" but when paired with "anniversaire" it can be changed to "happy". Joyeux by itself however just means "happy". So in this instance either would work.

Anxiety attacks are sucky....I had one once many years ago while I was going through a bout of clinical depression.
It wasn't fun at all.
Glad things are okay now Whites.
Have a good night friend and hopefully she gets some rest.

When I was going through my divorce (while 3 months pregnant), I was dealing with some serious anxiety. I kept chalking it up to anxiety, every night. I casually mentioned the anxiety attacks to my doctor during an annual visit, he sent me to a cardiologist and I found out I have atrial fibrillation - wasn't anxiety after all!
