I'm somewhat envious of those of you that can take pictures of baby chicks.
Someday I'll have to have someone take a video of when I open the incubator and the chicks explode out all at once. Then it's a scramble to catch them on the floor before they disappear.
They just shoot out in all directions at once.

I got it unlocked!! I just beat on the door until the bolt jiggled far enough back that I could open the door.

It makes sense! Really! I like being able to bolt myself into whatever place I'm working on. The goat coop doesn't lock from the inside, and the door is always open slightly, so I have to chase chickens out and keep goats in. The goat door is dutch, though, so if the top is open then I can lock the bottom from the outside.
