Duckling has been around so many baby birds, she did not care about the dove. But, she cried when a hen flew out of the box. I know she will develop new fears, but should I worry about this one? She doesn't mind them running around her as they burst out of the coop in the morning, and eating from the feeders as she fills them.

I wouldn't. If it happens again just reassure her that it's nothing to be afraid of.

Got any good ways to lift full sheets of 1/2" T1-11 into place alone?
Could you nail a 2x4 to rest the bottom of them on?

Hen fly right at her?

Okay
Good grief! I had that problem. I was told to use nails to kinda hold one side while lifting the other into place. You should have seen me trying to move the run door up! Heck, any door is a pain. I need to move the big heavy door before winter sets in. I don't think I'm going to get away with doing that one alone. :th

Nope. This one just surprised her.
