strangeIt is, but being autistic, I tend to have the opposite reactions to medications, something about the way i'm wired... so for me, it stabilizes my blood sugar and removes it spiking down. I average blood sugar's in the 70's even after eating, so I drop really low if I go too long with out food. Since I started taking it, I don't get the spikes down that make me woozy as often.
I'm also a natural red-head... did you know ginger's also require more anaesthesia genetically than regular folk?![]()
better of to mix in canned tuna, but that can get expensiveSort of what I found on the web... says a 50 gram egg has 6 grams protein, so that's only 12%, right? Or am I missing something?
