I didnt notice the grade till after I posted the link. Didnt see an option to change servers but saw where it was mentioned earlier. Plan to wait till the front of the month and test again. Guess AT&T here recently changed from unlimited to where they throttle it at a certain point. That might be my issue, if not I'm not sure.

That's quite possible. We upgraded ours recently due to the iPad being so slow. Every one in the house is now running faster except the iPad. Mines the iPad. When I mentioned there wasn't any difference no one believed me till they tried mine. It's slow. I usually have my phone with me to keep up.
