and here, or they are Amish and you have to go to the farm and you end up buying pies and milk and cookies and forget the eggs

Perhaps someone else can give you more insight, but with the numbers you're feeding, you should certainly be getting more than 1-2 eggs a day, unless 95% of them are molting or broody.
