He definitely needs to listen to her, if he's going to hatch these eggs.

I know eggs can require different levels of humidity based on breed and egg size, and if she took the time to write him something specific to his eggs...he should follow it.

Sally is about the only that he will sometimes listen to.

Do you think it's savable?

Well... I'm hoping... But if you've seen my results of last two sets, it hasn't been good. With the wry neck straight out of the egg, this one is likely parent issues...I gave it some vitamins though already... It's crawling around now...just flips sometimes. It seems to be tracking, so we'll see. (It's been out of egg about 3 or 4 hours) Yay an hour left to get sleep b4 work!

Have you seen the video with the 3 quail chicks and a woman's hand? They all pile in, she grabs them, puts them down, drags her hand they follow, pile into her hand and repeat? These babies do that to my hand too hehe.

I'm liking the bonding part of hatching a lot...just not the death part Ok, quick nap before going to work. Update later tonite on the chickies.

My problem is once I'm awake, I have the hardest time going back to sleep and my alarm's set to go off at 8am, and it's now like 3 minutes to 6.

My big old-man cat, has never killed mice. He just lays there and watches them. He sometimes corners them and carries them around, but he never has killed one.

My daughter's cat has killed mice/rats and leaves them in front of her bedroom door as a present... and my other cat will sometimes kill them if they catch his interest, but he doesn't go out of his way.

But my big cat was literally laying there *watching* the mouse about 3 feet from it and didn't do anything. *twitch.*



the out door cats kill whatever they can find.



You're afraid of her, huh? I'm afraid of my teenager. He talks back a lot more than my toddler does and I never know what's going to come out of his mouth next. Usually something along the lines of "I'm bored" and "mom you're soooo mean."

I'm noticing that. So cool!

Love downtown only for the cool shops. Driving is weird tho. Lol. I use to work just this side of Elk Grove...in south Sac. Yikes! My mamas in Yuba City. Not far from Marysville. I have family all over. Mostly Sac. Placerville,Yuba City,Carmichael,Rancho Cordova,Roseville,Nevada City,Lake of the Pines and San Jose.

Kid is in San Jose
Work is headquartered in Roseville we spent 15 years there before moving here
Friend is in Rancho

Woah it is a small world! Too neat. My brother in law works for Apple at headquarters in Cupertino. They're expecting their 5th child right now!!! Yay more nieces!
I actually went to high school in Placerville for a year. Ponderosa High. Which my uncle was a chemistry teacher at. Awkward! Lol
I love Apple Hill. Love it!!! Just bought me a pumpkin pie Bc I just love them. They should not be a seasonal thing.
