It seems to me, that a lot of men struggle with a lot of the way schoolwork is designed. There's been studies that education is geared more at how girls learn, than boys. More women are going to college now, even though less are taking high-powered careers than males. (Statistically)

My folks gave me the entire collection of Zane Grey hardbacks for Christmas when I was 10-11. Couldn't pry me away from them. No pictures, either. Wish I still had them; they'd probably be worth a small fortune today.

Interesting! My closest brother (13 mos older than I ) had trouble reading and I gave him a bunch of Zane Grey books for Christmas, too. He really enjoyed them. I knew he needed to be interested to persist. He was very smart, but concentrated only on that which interested him.
