Incubating with no shell

I tried this once, it didn't work. If your incubator is forced air it probably won't work.

The problem with hatching without the shell is the risk of bacteria to the embryo. A lot of these that I've seen done get to a certain point and then die because keeping bacteria out is very difficult. You have to have a completely sterile environment utterly devoid of bacteria which is, very difficult unless you're in a lab setting. But it's still fun to try!
