Incubation advice needed

I'm going to start incubating eggs soon, and I need advice on what to do, such as the main things. An one more question How long can I leave fertilized eggs before incubating?

Ideal is no more than a week before putting in the incubator, but they can still develop after two to three weeks in room temp.

If the incubator has been running for a couple days and if the eggs are room temperature you can put them in.

You would let it run for a few days just to be sure the temp and humidity don't fluctuate too much and become harmful to the embryos. Personally, I never leave it running for a few days before I put them in and have never had any issues.

So, you just let it heat up for a bit, and just put the eggs in?

What incubator do you have?

I start up the incubator in the morning and watch the temp and humidity and put the eggs in that evening.
