incubation/candling question

how do you know if an 19 day old duck egg is dead because i cannot see anything
there are few veins but very small and im not sure if the embryo is moving or is it my eyes
i didnt turn it for 10 hours im so worried

If you see veins, then it should be still growing. When an embryo dies, usually a red ring appears. Sometimes when you rock an egg back and forth and the yolk just sloshes back and forth, that is usually not good. Give the egg more time, make sure there is no smell and continue turning. Good luck.
