Um, 'room' temperature. Inside our caravan but in a back room that's usually quite cold. But sometimes the radiators would have come on. I didn't measure the temperature in the room, or the humidity. Next hatch I will experiment with that too. At six days nine of them were developing nicely, and one had a blood ring. Not one of the older ones...
 
If the air pocket inside not grown too big. I guess min. 15 could be hatched.
You store at temp. 50°F = 10°C

Many months ago because when that time I only had one incubator. I did hatch around 20 pcs one month old eggs from fridge temp ~ 6-7°C = ~42-45°F
and did not turn them at all. only 4 out of 20 not hatched

. So I got 16 chicks from them.

In your case, 50°F and turning every day. It should be have better hatch rate.

Edit: I store them in fridge pointy side up and did not turn.

Actually keeping them in the fridge is why you got a good hatch after a month. Although some eggs lose viability just by being put in the fridge the rest keep much longer. Anything before 14 days your hatch rate is better if left out of the fridge but it crosses over about day 14. The best results from eggs over 14 days old is with eggs that were stored in the fridge from day one.

But its hard to say how cold is cold enough for long term storage without lots of trial an error.

50 degree would be the best temp to store eggs......lot better than 70......if store at 50 they last alot longer than those at 70, which drop after 14 days.
 
Just candled all 20 eggs:
4 show perfect development for Day 6.67, 1 has a very defineable blood ring, 10 show signs of slowed development(as if they were only on Day 3 or 4)- cells multiplying, but no visible veining or noticeable dark dot from the forming embryo...

curious. the rest appear to be duds.
