Incubation in winter

As long as you make sure that they are not excessively chilled. This can be accomplished by collecting several times a day. Some roosters do not breed as frequently and are not as fertile in the winter so fertility may be diminished.
Hes been breeding constantly with the girls, even when they dont want him to. I normally collect 2 to 3 times a day. This one was very cold though

You can try.

For instance, I collected 14 eggs over a week last month when it was dipping into the lower 30s and upper 20s. 5 of them were completely clear, and I have 9 eggs in lockdown right now. So if you just want to hatch some chicks, sure, give it a shot. If you really need numbers though, you might want to think of a way to heat the nest. Maybe a seedling mat?
