Incubation problem

Hi guys ,, new member , 6 year chicken keeper here
My question ; I’ve had a bad hatch on 13
Bantam eggs I purchased on eBay !
I’ve always blamed bad eggs for a bad hatch, but this time 11 eggs of 13 candled good ! 4 hatched on time, the rest were fully formed, beautiful little chicks, but never pipped ! I quit turning them 24 hours before the hatch date & made sure the large end was up ! They all died fully formed in the shell !! I feel bad ! Help me for next time , please
