Absolutely, they get in the pool, come back in damp and hydrate the eggs that way, they turn the eggs as needed,control the temperature, and the mothers and our drake as well are vigilant parents.

The egg is just chilling out. Moving around in there and showing no signs of peeping. Day 39 today! Jeebers :-/

There is a fan in the incubator yes.
Personally, I do not have my temp that low, I usually have mine at 100. But since you are already past your due date, I would be SKEPTICAL as to why they are being delayed because of the low temp???
