incubation temps and humidity levels for turkeys?

I have a Brinsea Mini Advance incubator. The instructions that came with it (as well as the incubation booklet on their website) don't include turkey temperatures/humidity level. Their website includes hatching info for just about every other poultry and fowl, including a couple of species of owls and parrots (!!) but nothing for turkeys. So what's the required temperature and humidity level for turkeys? I have looked elsewhere, including in a couple of poultry and older turkey books, but the information was vague and seemed to be more aimed at still-air incubators rather than a fully automated one. Thanks for any help!

Same conditions as for chickens - they just cook for about a week longer.
