So my son and I have recently started incubating 8 eggs. (which of my girls laid them we do not know). We are into day 5 and after candling them it looks like nothing is happening... Should we wait a few more days or give up and try again? This is our first time incubating eggs. We are using the Little Giant Still Air 9200 incubator and the temp has been 100 and humidity 55-63. Any help would be great!

Yes, we have 5 males and 4 females. My son dropped one by accident when we were turning and it cracked so we are down to 7. I finished cracking it to expose the yolk and there were no veins or anything? Shouldn't there be something at day 5? I know my drakes are aggressive little buggers too so I mean I know it is almost certain they are fertilized

I would still wait. Yes there should be something but not all eggs develop for a number of reasons. Besides fertility, it is also egg storage conditions, storage time and breeder nutrition among other things.

Duck eggs develop slower than chicken eggs, you will want to wait until at least Day 7 to candle them for the first time to check for blood vessels. I never discard any eggs until they are at least 10 days into incubation and still don't show any signs of blood vessels. Give them more time.
