Hi,
Looking for advice or personal experiences please. My turkey eggs are day 28, 4 hatched yesterday. Unfortunately my incubator decided to blow the heating element this morning about 2 hours ago And drop to 27.5C. I’ve put 4 chicks in the brooder, but the last of the eggs feel cool, I’ve put bottles of hot water in the incubator which has upped it to 32C. Hopefully a friend is dropping their incubator round shortly. Any experiences on if the eggs may make it or if I need to do anything extra to help them along?
Thank you in advance

Can you somehow insert a light bulb inside to raise the temperature??? I know it gets tricky, and you may not have the old style light bulbs, You may also not have a small light bulb holder fixture. If you had an old lam availble, you could be able to use contents from it. As for old type of light bulb,, (non CFL,or LED) you can find a 40 watt bulb inside your oven light, and refrigerator light. Just use temporarily.
