Incubator cap

    Do i need to remove the vent cap from incubator? I'm on day 18

    i don't even have any vent cap, my bator is opened 24hours/day since i need to backup the power failure using kerosene lamp. [​IMG]

    Yes, they need the oxygen. Remove the plugs for the hatch.

    I too was thinking about this.

    My incubator instructions say to remove the plugs AFTER hatch to help in drying. (hovabator 1602N)

    But I was wondering if I should do this after the first one hatches? I don't want to shrink wrap my babies that haven't hatched.
