Incubator cooked eggs??

Hi everyone,
We tried to hatch some quail eggs. It is now day 19 and nothing. Previously we took some out that showed no growth and found they seemed to be cooked. Are all the eggs done for as well? What could have happened that the incubator cooked the eggs?

We did get an additional thermometer that shows humidity as well. Other than the humidity going wacky a few times temp was always in range.
