Incubator help needed

I bought my daughter a HHD mini 24 incubator for this past Christmas. We finally got our order of eggs in and the incubator was working fine until last night when we were woken up to an alarm and the Temp is now at 25+/- degrees C. It was 38 degrees C before last night. I can't figure out what happened or how to correct the issue. The sub-par instruction manual is less than helpful. I can't even find a phone number online for the company to ask for help. Any help would be greatly appreciated

That is some bad luck. If the eggs stay without the right temp too long they won't make it.

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again? It still had power as it registered there was a lack of heat so why? Did the heating element stop working?

Even if you could call someone there is nothing they can do about a cheap component failing during incubation to save your eggs so if you have no backup incubator you can use then there is little we can do but offer our sympathy.

factory reset - SET and "+" for 5 seconds.
start over - do a temp test ..
you will need to calibrate it.

it may be at 35.0 deg display , but actually 37.0
glass thermometer to test inside temp.
Adjust CA + /- to compensate display temp.
