I have a Bower 11670-3 incubator, a very old metal model with temperature adjustment on top. Can someone tell me which direction to turn the screw to turn the heat down

Wow, just got nostalgic. I remember this was the incubator my dad had back in the 80's when I was a kid and first hatching out ducks in it.
