Is 33% too low in incubator?i put 10 eggs and i am on day 6 but only 2 of them show veins .humidity level is between 30 and 40 because its a small incubator ..is this humidity oevel very low ?

Depends on what type eggs your incubating.
For chickens, 35 - 45%, quail, 35 - 45%, pheasants 40 - 50%, turkeys, 45 - 50% ducks and geese, 55 - 65%
Raise the humidity to 60 -65% for the last 3 days of the incubation period for chickens, quail, pheasants, turkeys and other gamebirds.
Raise humidity to 80 - 85% for ducks and geese.
