Incubator not working

My nurture right 360 is showing all 8’s across both displays and it is not responding to any buttons. This happened when I woke up in the morning time right after a pretty bad storm. The morning I was putting the eggs into lockdown….luckily I had an extra incubator to get the eggs where they needed to go. So my question is does anyone know if this is fixable or is it trash?

Have you tried unplugging it for a few minutes? I've had one of those and can't remember the 8's, but do remember it doing something funky, so just unplugged it overnight and the next day it was working fine.
 
I've got 2 and have never seen that. But it means the incubator has factory reset according to Google. I've never seen that and I've had power outages.

Try plugging it back in. If it works you can set the egg hatch date manually. If it's stuck on 8888 then just try pressing some buttons. IDK...

They have a 1 year warranty and that looks like a new one so maybe it's under warranty still. TSC might replace it for you if they know you and all. They are sometimes good with that depending on the location. They can likely just send back to mfg but who knows if they are willing. Retail is weird like that.

Yeah it’s not responding to any buttons. I will try and return it.
