Just an update. The incubator jumped to 106 during lockdown and cooked all but 2 chicks as they were pipping and hatching. I called little giant and told them about what their product had done. I got no satisfaction from customer service. She transferred me to the engineer, got voicemail and he never called me back. Called customer service again and got even less help. I told her if it would have been puppies instead of chicks they would be in jail for animal cruelty. Took the incubator back to Orschlins the next day.
